        Day 2 is full of vegetables only. You can eat as much as you can until your stomach satisfies. You can consume them at any form like raw or boiled whatever you like. Just kick start your day with a boiled potato and a tea spoon of butter. This will provide your body with enough energy and carbohydrates for the day and after that you have to depend on raw or boiled vegetables and nothing else.

Day 3:
